Filter right hand lane Stuck on Red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4581916.

Traffic lights heading towards woolwich at the junction of knee hill. Lights filtered straight on and left turn were working. Filter lane right turnbti knee hill did not work. Several cars waited for at least 5- 19 mins. One car went straight on through the red but this nearly caused a collision with the left lane. Others decided tight turn was the best option when traffic lights were in our favour. Hopefully none of us will receive a ticket for going through a faulty red light.
