Previously reported. Broken road surface with standing water. Dangerous for pedestrians.

Reported via desktop in the Standing water category by Michael Hill at 12:43, Monday 22 May 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4582437.

A large area of broken road surface with standing water, on Tolworth Rise South service road, this has been here for at least six months and pedestrians are splashed with muddy water each time a vehicle passes ( the carriageway is not wide enough for drivers to avoid the puddle) and the footway is covered in mud from this splashing.
