Louver Shutters set too low

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:26, Monday 22 May 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4583380.

Traveling North on Court Road, both sets of Traffic lights on pedestrian crossing 55 metres from A232 have louver shutters on all lights. The road has a 40 mph speed limit. Given the reasonable stopping distance of a car at the road speed is approx 36 metres these lights are not visible until 10metres or less from the crossing. The louvers are set far too low giving the impression the lights are not working. This is a hazard to both motorist and pedestrains
