Traffic lights not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4585447.

Everything single day, these traffic light stay on red for 5 mi's and when they turn green its only for 30s, only one bus can pass. Delays and traffic accumulate while all the roads ahead are free. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It's a problem well known yo all your driver and yet you ignore and do nothing about it. I was late by 1hr yesterday because of these same traffic lights. You serious need to stop being neglectful and fix these traffic light. The problem has been ongoing for more than 4 months.
