If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.   • After rain overnight on 19th June the subway is flooded again. Can the drainage be sorted because only option for crossing the A40 are pedestrian crossings. Not great for children attending Ark Conway.
