Traffic light not filtering for traffic to turn right in to Knee hill

Sent to TfL 5 hours, 52 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4586360.
New traffic light system not working properly. The filter lights to turn right in to Knee Hill from Woolwich Road are not working. You just sit there and the light stays at red. The only way to turn left is to go into the left hand lane which will cause a problem.

Fault CUB0135505 raised on site to get investigated. This stage has been seen working on remote monitoring system but this is the 2nd report so fault raised. MF
