Manhole cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4591886.

Manhole cover is needing refilling as it is no longer useful.

This seems to happen every few months as the bus and amount of cars going past is causing massive noises. Its actually in the bus lane, so she says its the bus lane that is causing the problem.
