Noise levels are too loud for this time of night.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4598023.

The level of noise is unacceptable for this time of night. I work as a doctor. Get up at 6am. I need to be asleep now but the machinery has woken me up it is so loud. This level of noise should stop by 10pm latest. It’s unacceptable. Twenty four hours in the day and 23:30 is chosen to make that level of noise.
