All the traffic lights at the junction are not working.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4598442.

No traffic lights at the junction of Uxbridge Road and Bloemfontein Road. Only seen this this morning. Extremely dangerous for pedestrians and drivers.
