Footpath adjacent to Rochester Way Relief Road between Wricklemarsh Road and Dursley Road SE3. Tree or large bush blocking footpath. Causing pedestrians to walk onto Rochester Way Relief Road (laybye) not only Health and Safety issue but also breaking road traffic act by walking onto carriageway.
