You are probably the biggest disaster that has befallen London since the Second World War. no rain, nothing, but the hole you repaired is still the same. The bottom of the vehicles trying to go from the road to the driveway is rubbing against your asphalt hill.I will send this email series to bbc soon. the subject of the documentary "How TFL blows up londoners' taxes" please do your job properly , send the correct worker to identify the problem and make the correct repair .
