Both sets of traffic lights not working properly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4602235.

These pedestrian traffic lights are constantly going from green to red when nobody is crossing 24hrs a day! It is starting to cause a traffic problem with vehicles having to stop for no reason
