Very large branch of tree on tfl land has broken and blocking my garden

Reported via mobile in the Damage - general (Trees) category anonymously at 10:23, Sunday 28 May 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4604244.

A very large sycamore tree branch, which is "owned" by tfl has partially broken off from main tree and is overhanging/ covering my garden. Approx 12 feet by 12 feet by 10 feet. It is currently hanging approx 2 feet from ground. It is hanging on "by a thread" causing problems with regard to damage to my plants, lawn etc. Due to mobility issues I am unable to get to end of garden to see whether fence etc has been damaged at this time. TFL visited my 0ro0ertu approx 18 months ago because I was concerned about such an issue. I was assured that I had no reason to be concerned but TFL would "keep an eye on the situation". I have never seen nor heard from anyone again. I am a sight and mobility impaired pensioner. I don't know how to deal with this issue. Please advise ASAP . Due to my sight issues, a telephone call would be appreciated. 0208 641 0579. Thankyou
