Bicycle with deflated rear tyre

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4605657.

We found an abandoned Santander bike outside Pearson House, Sefton St, SW15, with a deflated rear tyre. It was functional, but dangerous to ride, so I wheeled it back to the station off Waterman Street (near where we live), in order to be picked up and repaired. I didn't dock the bike, lest someone try to rent it.
