Traffic lights changing back to red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4612786.

I was on my moped and the traffic lights seemed to go green for traffic and very suddenly back to red for traffic. I also notice that a similar issue was happening in Feb and May of this year. This is very confusing for drivers - if there is a red light camera on this traffic light, are the drivers at fault?!

    Please also advise whether these lights are fitted with Red Light cameras. As a driver, one needs to know if they are now in a compromising situation.
