Bus stop closed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4613575.

Hi this bus stop is showing at still in use according to both the TFL website, journey planner and city mapper. However it has been out of use for over a week - and I can’t find a date it will be reopened anywhere hence why I’m having to contact you on here. Plz can you confirm? Thanks.
