Pedestrians have to wait a long time and sometimes the lights cancels out and people have to j-walk across the road which not ideal for parents, adults and children. The customer says that this has been ongoing for over a year and he would like this to be sorted out as soon as possible. The customer says that this is causing problems in the area. We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
