Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4614825.
LAST REPORTED ON 25/04/23 - DID GET LEVELLED OF WITH SOME ROAD TARMAC BUT ITS BEEN CHIPPED OF AGAIN, UNEARTHING THE ORIGINAL FAULT.
Issue: An uneven/service cover here, resulting in a raised slab above it. A clear trip hazard to members of the public.
Location: Farringdon Street/in the direction of new bridge Street/directly outside M&S food hall.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
