The drains are blocked from edge hill avenue to beechwood Avenue along the A406

Good afternoon I just want to report the drains being blocked from when I moved in last year may and still today they have not been fix with it rain it’s very bad as it’s causes a river flow from 1 end to the other and busses and cars and lorries go past the splash is appalling. My window and the brickwork get very wet with dirty water and my windows get very dirty as my neighbours and water is seeping through I send a few photo of the last time it rained as seen in photos I do have videos Thanks Hope to here back very soon

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
