Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4616857.

You’ve sent me an email informing me that this issue has been investigated and no problems were found just 5 minutes after I submitted the problem. The A406 North Circular road Southbound on to Chiswick roundabout is a major problem. This can’t have been investigated and closed by you, once again see todays and yesterdays traffic flow. The lights let just 3 cars through per change and there are 3 miles of stationary traffic.

  • It’s ongoing, and this is a live feed from TfL’camera. Southbound A406 on to Chiswick Roundabout is at a standstill again because the lights only let 3 cars through. Please resolve the issue.

  • Hi, traffic again being throttled on to the Chiswick Roundabout, Southbound on the A406. Queue’s now 4 miles back to Ealing. All other exits and approaches to Chiswick Roundabout clear. Including the M4 Westbound heading out of london. I believe senior engineer has been tasked to deal with this but the phasing of the lights on this roundabout can’t continue. Thanks for reporting.
