Traffic light is going to Red every 15 seconds

Hi

The timing of the lights has gone astray.

It is changing to Red every 15 seconds, even when there is no-one at the crossing.

Believe this started today.

It is causing extra pollution with all the waiting cars on the Red lights, to nearby houses. Plus the ever changing lights.

( fyi: to remind when this is fixed under the original Planning Permission these lights are not allowed to make any noise ).
