Traffic light is stuck on red

Subject: Regarding traffic light signals at junction of Farnborough Common & Crofton Raod

At approximately 12.50am today 31/05/23 I waited for almost 10 minutes for the lights to change from red to green along A21 Farnborough Common to turn right into A232 Crofton Road.

They was stuck on red.

Instead of jumping the lights I indicated left to change lanes when straight over was green, so I could drive straight towards Bromley and take a different route the camera flashed twice behind me for some reason.

I was not speeding and did not jump the lights as the arrow for straight ahead was green, although the lights I was originally waiting at was still stuck on red.
