Traffic Signal Faulty

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 11:59, Friday 2 June 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4623043.

Today as I was leaving the West Reservoir (N4 2HA) to turn right onto Green Lanes, the traffic light was clearly faulty. I waited for 4 turns when I should have been able to go and the light remained red. I use this exit regularly so I know that it usually goes green after the cars directly opposite go but it the cars opposite went 4 times and my light still was not red. A queue of cars built up behind me and when I finally crossed the red light out of desperation at waiting so long, they all followed me across. There is a camera there and so I am concerned that I will get a ticket for this. This is not the first time that this light has been faulty.
