Tactile cone issues
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 14:20, Sunday 4 June 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4629596.
- For crossing south across the eastbound lane of Barking Road, on the east side of the High Street, there is no tactile cone at all. - For crossing south across the westbound lane of Barking Road, on the east side of the High Street, the tactile cone doesn't turn. - For crossing west across the southbound lane of High Street South, on the south side of Barking Rd, the tactile cone turns slowly as if needing oiling.
This is from memory and I might have confused some details. We were here on 23 May.

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
