Camera/Left hand turn/Traffic lights causing mayhem !

As one approaches the junction of Greyhound hill/Aerodrome Road on the A41 (From Hendon towards Mill Hill) The left lane turning into Aerodrome Road is often very slow due to a build up of traffic. Often one is forced to slow to a dead stop mid turn. Not a problem accept that there's a traffic light camera !!! Which causes hesitancy & a high risk of an accident occurring. As innocent motorists attempting to turn left or proceed forwards are caught mid junction whilst the lights turn to Red !!!
