Tree height / wind movement

The trees on the TfL land at the rear of our property have now reached a height of approx 100 to 150 feet, with much movement during windy conditions. Some of the trees also seem to be in poor condition with overhanging branches. The TfL concrete wall is sited next the trees. In the past some of trees were pruned back as seen in the current picture. Please could you therefore undertake some tree maintenance to correct these issues.
