Tuesday 5th June 2023 - traffic lights at the end of Richmond Road with the junction of Mare Street were stuck on red. This was approximately around 11:45am and were still stuck on red at 11:58am. The traffic lights on the A107 (Mare Street) cycled through red and green several times.
