Tuesday 5th June 2023 - traffic lights at the end of Richmond Road with the junction of Mare Street were stuck on red. This was approximately around 11:45am and were still stuck on red at 11:58am. The traffic lights on the A107 (Mare Street) cycled through red and green several times. The controlled pedestrian crossing just to the right of the Richmond Road on Mare Street also cycled through its lights several times without the lights on Richmond Road going Green to allow vehicles out of the road into Mare Street.
