Overgrown Tree's partially covering traffic light

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 10:46, Wednesday 7 June 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4641997.

Hi,

Today I was driving on Worple road towards Wimbledon and believe I may have accidently gone through red traffic light for 2 reasons. firstly - the traffic light is partially covered by trees as are all the traffic lights on worple road. Secondly up ahead an ambulance with emergency lights on was coming out of Nursery road onto Worple road. My focus was on an ambulance as a bus was giving the ambulance right of way... As the tree was covering the traffic light I did not see the red until the last second, but was too late. I am contacting TFL and merton to ensure this tree can be cut to avoid any accidents as well as to report my honest mistake .
