No audible indication when green man appears.

Sent to TfL 11 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4642236.
This large traffic junction used to have an audible sound when all traffic stopped and the green man appeared. This has not been available for some time, and is causing significant difficulties. The audible clue is required as, with a visual impairment it is not possible to see the green man and by the time the visually impaired person ahs located the rotating cone at the wait box, the time is almost finished that they have to cross the road. This is even more of an issue if hey need to cross more than one of the roads at this junction which is often the case. I teach mobility including use of canes to visually impaired people in this area and now have a number of residents who are now having great difficulty crossing this junction, which has purely been created by the audible clue being removed. Considering there is a large sheltered accommodation complex located on this junction, this will also be impacting on people living here as due to the age of the residents there will be a number of people living at the property. Please could you restore the audible signal at this crossing junction to resolve this situation.
