Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4647162.

The traffic lights on the junction along the A217 are phasing too slowly, and is only allowing two-three cars through at an instance. Which in turn is causing severe delays along that round and for other road users coming from different directions. Traffic lights are situated at middle of the junction that joins the A217 with Streatham Road and Lock's Lane on the right, London Road along the bottom and Eveline Road on the left.
