Extremely dangerous corner, tight, bad road surface

Just where Paul Street starts, there's an extremely dangerous corner. It's very tight, the road surface is cracked and there are many very slippery (when moist) manhole covers. I went over my handle bars and injured my chest & legs there, lucky my head was fine. This is also a cycleway.
