Right filter stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4679175.

Right turn filter into Welling Way stuck on red. Cars queueing to turn right backed up towards Falconwood Train station. Cars wanting to go straight caught behind cars wanting to turn right causing congestion. Lights when green to go straight across have no cars going straight across because they are all stuck behind cars wanting to turn right.
