Pedestrian element faulty

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4687894.

The pedestrian crossing doesn't work on this interchange. Red lights are always on, wait lights up when the button is pressed then goes off again and the green man doesn't come on. Never worked since first installed new system

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
