Filter light stuck on red

Reported via mobile in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 19:14, Wednesday 28 June 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4728223.

The problem is the lights coming down London Road towards Mitcham at the Burn Bullock junction. The traffic is two lane. The left hand lane goes straight on towards Mitcham - the right hand lane turns onto the A239 Cricket Green. Usually the left hand lane goes green, then a few minutes later the oncoming traffic stops and the filter light for turning right goes green but they stayed red for FIVE changes of the lights. In the end people had to go through the red light to turn right. It is causing horrendous traffic buildup and is dangerous
