Three stolen Santander bikes locked outside 18 Penda's Mead

Three Santander bikes have been stolen and are stashed outside our block of flats. There are three bikes, numbered 2412, 1336 and 3372. The kids have actually locked them up on the railings and take them out and then replace them in the same spot. The first bike appeared about a week ago, and two more have appeared since. You can find the bikes just beyond the last flat in the block (18 Penda's Mead, Lindisfarne Way, E9 5PX) on the ground floor locked to the railings by the canal.
