Yet more problems with abandoned Lime bikes

Every single weekend the area around Eastney Street, Crane Street and Park Row are blocked and plagued by abandoned Lime Bikes that cause problems for pedestrians, families and cars. Today is a new record. Seven of them dumped in one place. They are dangerous as well as a huge inconvenience. Why do the council do NOTHING? Why is this company seemingly completely unaccountable.
