Residential fire access blocked

Reported via mobile in the Hoarding complaint category by Ld William C Hawkes at 11:54, Monday 3 July 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4743588.

Hi there.

Whilst road works are always an inconvenience. The acces to residents has not been considered.

This placement for the "welfare unti" or tea hut blocks access for elderly and disabled residents at no. 4-14 Sidcup Road. Also would prevent safe access to driveways and pedestrian crossings during the planned works.

Its obviously just an oversight but will cause a lot of problems.

Please address it. I realise the works are contracted by Conway but no contact information has been posted.

Its also a bit hard for elderly people to access this site and maybe a telephone number would help with accessing local help.
