Phase is all wrong

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4754115.

Phasing of the lights is all wrong and has been since new lights installed. Traffic made to wait/build up entire length of Knee Hill and Brampton Rd in opposite direction while only light traffic is crossing each way on Woolwich Road. Also, pedestrian crossing lights stop traffics when no pedestrian are present. Been like this for week. Probably a deliberate ploy by TFL to deter people travelling to or from Abbey Wood. Additionally, right turn filter light from Woolwich Rd to Knee Hill only operate for max 7 seconds which only allows two or three cars to turn right on each phase.
