Traffic lights stuck on red

I am constantly experiencing the traffic lights being stuck on red since the new traffic light system was recently installed resulting in vehicles getting frustrated and going through on the red signal obviously this is an accident waiting to happen. Please treat this problem with the upmost urgency. Thank you.
