These traffic lights are at an unsafe position

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4762324.

There are frequent near misses of pedestrians and cyclists coming up and down Greenwood Road with the traffic light at this position and the bus stops so near.

Why isn't the traffic light situated at the corner of Greenwood Road and Graham Road?
