Lights stuck on red early morning

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4762571.

Lights go green for cars going straight on London Road but if you want to turn right on Cricket green A239 it will stay on red. Cars are forced to cross the red early morning. I leave for work 3:45 and this is always the problem.
