Bus stop flag is dirty

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4768337.

BP5066 flag is very dirty from tree leaves and needs urgent cleaning. This is the Tyssen Place bus stop in Ockenden. TfL owned bus stop!!
