Green man light on pedestrian crossing not working

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 20:05, Tue 11 July 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4776361.

On the pedestrian crossing at the traffic lights, to cross the north-east bound side of Seven Sisters Road (by The Twelve Pins and Lidl), the green man light does not work. It has not worked since the new lights were installed a few months ago. The red man shows, and so does the number countdown, just not the green man. This seems a bit dangerous as people don’t start crossing until the number countdown begins. Anyone crossing slowly eg elderly is left in the middle of the road when the traffic starts moving again and it is a fast road.
