Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4790192.

At approximately 1620-1630 on 15th July 2023 the lights were stuck in red between those times. All the other traffic lights were working and there must have been at least 2-4 rounds of other traffic flowing. Due to the lights being stuck, the traffic was backing up which can cause collision issues
