Continued problem at 7am and 7pm

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4798040.

This issue has been marked as solved by TFL but it certainly isnt. This morning was chaos, the car at the front of the queue from Selwood was waiting for a light change (which took over 5 minutes) the cars behind were hooting horns to pressure him to cross. Then cars in Selwood Terrace drove up the right hand side of the road to overtake, which caused issues with cars turning left off the Fulham Road. Cars on the Fulham Road were forced to brake hard as they werent expecting so many cars to jump the lights. There is going to be an accident one of these days
