Incorrectly closed report reference 4804941

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4805171.

I have no control on where this issue goes, so the message that I need to report this on FixMyStreet app... which I DID.... does not make sense. Beyond that, the safe alighting of passengers from a bus is very much a TfL concern, especially since if something happens the driver and through that TfL can be sued for unsafe release of passengers. So again, this bus stop is very dangerous since it does not allow for passengers to get off the bus safely but instead deposits them directly into a busy cycle lane
