Footway closure o/s station

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4820044.

"230 Earl's Court Road, LONDON, SW5 9AA There is a large section of pavement, in front of Pret, and the road around the zebra crossing outside of Earl's Court station (Earl's Court Rd) which have been closed off but there is no indication of who is responsible for the work and it appears there is no road work going on. The road is now single file and causing a congestion. Could you please investigate and remove barriers and temporary signs if they are not meant to be there?"
