Traffic light from Shepherdess Walk stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4826401.

Traffic light from Shepherdess Walk direction was stuck on red for vehicles and cyclists all the time this morning. Lights for City Road and pedestrian crossing seemed to be operating as normal. As a result, cyclists and vehicles from Shepherdess Walk were having to use the pedestrian phase (passing their red light) to try and enter City Road safely.
