Traffic light stuck on red

The lights on Rochester Way, Turning right into Welling Way have been faulty for a few weeks. Occasionally skipping the right hand turn light. Tuesday 15th at 9pm it continued to change the left light green and the right hand turn light didn't turn green once.

There was a backlog of cars. Vehicles making dangerous manoeuvres. Some taking 20 minute detours just to get back home. It's a massive safety hazard, two cars almost collided last night.
