Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4836979.

This morning the lights going ahead on Rochester way were turning green, but the lights turning right onto welling way stayed red, we waited for several minutes with several cycles of lights that never turned green. This was during morning rush hour and the tailback behind me must have been significant, especially considering the way the lanes are spread out with limited space on the road leading up to them. Eventually cars were going through the red light when it was safe to do so, as there was nothing else that could be done.
